Local Geology of Jackson Hole field trip

The program will begin at 8 a.m., at the SW corner of the Teton County Fairgrounds, at the intersection of Snow King Ave. and Flat Creek Drive. We will have 3 stops (including at the corner of the Fairgrounds, the subsequent 2 stops will be at:
1)) Glacier View pullout in GTNP2)) Willow Flats overlook (pullout) further north in GTNP.
We should be finished by/before 3 pm. Everyone should come prepared with their own lunch and water, and hat and sunscreen. We may try to consolidate into fewer vehicles at the Fairgrounds, depending on how many participants we end up with.
